A Stunning Rear Extension
The highlight of this project was the spacious rear extension, designed to enhance both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the home. By extending the back of the property, we created a beautiful open-plan kitchen, utility, and dining area, offering a seamless blend of practicality and contemporary design. The extension was carefully constructed to maximise natural light, with large bi-fold doors opening out to the garden, creating a bright and inviting space perfect for entertaining or everyday family life.
Full Interior Renovation
Beyond the extension, the home underwent a complete renovation, ensuring every room was refreshed and modernised. The project included:
- Full redecoration – Enhancing the property with stylish finishes and modern colour schemes.
- A luxurious new bathroom suite – Designed for relaxation, featuring premium fixtures and a sleek, contemporary aesthetic.
- Upgrades throughout – Including new flooring, lighting, and bespoke detailing to bring the entire home up to an exceptional standard.
Collaborating with Skilled Trades
Our team had the pleasure of working with the project architect, Charlotte Sanders, of Clove Architects to bring the clients vision to life. To ensure the highest quality of work, we collaborated with several trusted trades throughout the project. MteK Solutions provided expert electrical work, ensuring the home was fitted with modern, efficient, and safe wiring. Forte Heating Services carried out all plumbing work, including the installation of new pipework and heating systems, helping to create a comfortable and energy-efficient living environment. Working alongside these skilled professionals allowed us to deliver a seamless and high-quality finish throughout the home.
